My rug is dirty ... can you clean it?

We have a trusted cleaning service that takes care of any level of dirty rug, saddle pads, fly veils, etc. ! Just bring us your filthy rugs [untouched] in a plastic bag and magic will happen! Bucas and Horseware rugs do receive an appropriate treatment. Bad luck happens so if your rug needs some kind of repair(s), we can do that too.

I received some G.H.C.R. vouchers? Do you accept them?

Yes!!!! Just come and visit us ... Make your choice and use your vouchers as a means of paiement. Be aware that those vouchers are valid until December 31sth [no exception] of the same season.

What about my Cavalor vouchers?

We accept the Cavalor vouchers ... for the purchase of Cavalor products. Take the expiration date into account ...

Who is Antoon??

Antoon is the co-owner of the Sellerie de Grez-Doiceau and an experienced professional Saddle Fitter. Besides his skills and trained eye, Antoon is reputed for his no-nonsense approach: no sales pitch or blah-blah! Only a saddle that truly fits will leave our shop.

How can I book a Saddle Fitting session?

Super easy! You have two options:
1/ You can complete the form that you can find on the Saddle Fitting page [this is the best way].
2/ Call us at 010-84.45.48.
Don't delay a consultation if you have any doubts about your saddle... Most likely - and hopefully - your horse will tell you!

Do you represent a specific saddle brand?

Certainly not! We have a large choice of different brands and models for all disciplines and all budgets. A sales representative of one single brand will come to you with one specific goal: sell you a saddle no matter what. We do not.
Antoon - based on the preliminary assessments that he received from you - will let you try the various saddles (brands/models) that made the cut. He cares about your horse and about your comfort. He will find the right saddle for your horse and you so that you can ride in harmony and both improve along the way.

Do you carry kids' clothing?

Our Kid's Corner is limited to the essentials only: boots (tall & short), mini chaps, body protections, helmets and socks. Teenagers typically find their way in the Ladies or Men's Clothing Department where we carry small sizes.

I have trouble finding riding boots that fit… can you help me?

Of course! We have all the necessary tools to take your measurements. Based on those numbers, you can either opt for a standard boot or a customized one. There are numerous options to customize your boots to your liking and shine in the arena!

I am a beginner. What do I need?

Let's start with a proper helmet. This is an essential for any beginner as it will keep you protected in case of a fall. Next, you will need to invest in a pair of breeches. And of course, footwear ... We recommend the more practical paddock boots and mini chaps. Wise riders will opt for a safety jacket especially if their riding will involve jumping or more challenging activities.

Any good tip for boot zippers?

The more dirt and grime that gets stuck in the tracks, the weaker the zipper will become… Do not use any cleaning products or grease on your boot zippers. Clean them carefully with a soft toothbrush and use a Zip Spray for keeping them in a good shape.
